What Sets Us Apart

Most CE providers offer generic content. We offer something different: specialized clinical expertise taught by therapists who still practice.

Clinical Expertise

*Dr. Karyn Hall, the director, is one of three certified RO DBT supervisors in the States, a clinical credential that took years to earn, and is also certified in DBT by the Linehan Board of Certification. Other team members are DBT certified and many years of experience.

*Our trainers are actively practicing clinicians. Every concept, every example every nuance comes from real cases with real clients. You’ll learn skills that work in the room and not just theory.

*We offer training in DBT and RO DBT. We can help you work with both under controlled and overcontrolled clients.

*Individualized Training Options. We’re a small, relationship-driven company. Need training for your agency, hospital, or residential program? We’ll customize it for your setting and your caseload.

At DBTWise Training, we are committed to excellence in training and helping therapists to provide evidenced-based treatment. As practicing clinicians ourselves, we understand the challenges of clinical work and also the importance of supporting therapists to do their best. We offer both in-person and on demand training. Under Browse Our Courses you’ll find  on demand options.  And, by the way, AI was not used in any way in the creation of materials or videos for our online courses.

We are committed to building relationships and sharing information for the growth of all. We want to learn from you about the needs of your practice or your development as well as provide training in DBT and RO DBT. As a small company, we work to individualize training experiences. If you’d like to discuss hosting a training for your setting, please let us know. If you have training needs or wishes that you don’t see listed, contact us. We want to match the best training experience possible for your setting and needs.

Accessibility & ADA Accommodations

We are committed to ensuring that our continuing education programs are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Written transcripts are provided for all recorded educational content. Closed captioning and additional accommodations (e.g., alternative formats) are available upon request. Participants are encouraged to contact us at least 7–10 days in advance of a program to allow adequate time to arrange accommodations.
